Where are Michael Jacksons family members now? The King of Pop originally sang with The Jac

When Bigi turned 15 years old, Katherine resigned as his guardian, passing the responsibility to TJ. Court documents stated: “Katherine is no longer needed to fulfil the duties that were necessary when joint guardians were appointed on September 14, 2012.”
Janet Jackson

Michael may have left us, but fortunately his sister Janet is continuing the family’s musical legacy with her most recent work, a 2018 song recorded with Daddy Yankee called Made For Now. In 2019, she was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and was due to go on tour in 2020 to launch her new album Black Diamond until Covid-19 put a stop to her plans.
The Jackson brothers

The brothers kept the family group – no longer The Jackson 5, but simply the Jacksons – going after Michael’s death, going on several tours and also releasing new recordings.
Randy, the family’s youngest son who replaced Jermaine in the family group in the 1970s, went on to co-found a record label with sister Janet. However, none of the brothers received a penny from Michael and there was a lot of bitterness surrounding how his estate was handled.

La Toya Jackson
La Toya Jackson is listed on Michael’s death certificate as the person who officially confirmed he was dead. A middle child of the family, she has spent most of her career in reality TV, taking part in Celebrity Apprentice and also hosting her own reality show, Life With La Toya for two seasons from 2013.
Prince Jackson

Michael’s eldest son Prince gained a bachelor’s degree in business administration and has been working on his own music and TV projects. He’s taken on the role of mentor to his younger brother Bigi, and is a father figure of sorts to sister Paris since Michael passed away.
Paris Jackson
Paris Jackson has said she is taking charge of her siblings’ musical careers, with the 22-year-old singer and her brother Prince supporting younger brother Bigi.
In an interview with Rolling Stone she admitted she has nine tattoos that are reminders of her late father. She told them: “He brought me nothing but joy. So why not have constant reminders of joy?” Paris recently made her debut on TV on Jimmy Kimmel Live! with her song Let Down from her new album “Wilted”.
Bigi Jackson
The youngest sibling was born Prince Michael Jackson Jr. (not to be confused with elder brother Michael, who now goes by Prince) and now calls himself Bigi.
His father famously held him out over a balcony as a baby while he was covered in a blanket, and so he was widely nicknamed Blanket, a name he now rejects. He went on to go to Buckley School in Los Angeles attended by many children of famous parents including Laura Dern and Kim Kardashian.
Marlon Jackson

Part of The Jackson 5 from the start, Marlon left the group in the mid-80s and later pursued a career in real estate in California. He became the co-owner of a cable network called the Black Family Channel that promoted family programming to the black community. Since 2012, he has returned to the stage from time to time to perform with his brothers.
Rebbie Jackson

Rebbie Jackson continued her career as a singer, too. Rebbie is the oldest of all the Jacksons and has had a long career in music, though mostly apart from the rest of the family.
She is best known for her 1984 song Centipede and has released four albums in all. Rebbie has been one of the more private members of the Jackson family, marrying her childhood sweetheart Nathaniel Brown, with whom she has had three children.
Randy Jackson

After The Jackson 5 split up in the late 1980s, Randy created his own band, Randy and the Gypsys, who released one album but broke up soon after.
After the split, the musician and Philip Taylor Kramer, former Iron Butterfly bass player, founded Total Multimedia Inc. that developed technology around CDs. Randy also launched his own record label Modern Records in 1998. He still works closely with his sister, Janet, and co-wrote her 2018 song, Made for Now.
