Out of Balance at the Centrium
Yet another Central business has been squeezed out of its rental space. This time it's Carla Bekker-Smith's wellness clinic Balance (Asia) Limited. Next week will be the clinic's last at the Centrium location, before it moves across the road to the 27th floor of the Universal Trade Centre, on Arbuthnot Road.
Bekker-Smith said: 'Our rent was going to go up by over 100 per cent. Luckily, we've found a new home just across the road for about the same rent as we're paying now.
'Even better, our new space will be bigger.'
